Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Standard shipping is $15.00 AUD, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days from dispatch (delivery to remote areas can take up to 2 weeks during different seasons or unforeseen events).

3. Order Processing
As a family-run business, we process orders within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (harvest season, holidays), this may occasionally take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated if so. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) once your order has shipped.

4. In-Store Pickup
Pickup is available at The Well Coffee Co, 2A Queen Street, Bendigo, Victoria 3550, Australia. Select "Pickup" at checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at hello@olivegold.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
