Together the Koroneiki, Frantoio, Correggiola, Kalamata and a small inclusion of Manzanillo complete a fresh yet stable extra virgin olive oil.
The result is a beautifully layered EVOO with vibrant aromas, finishing with balanced bitterness and a clean pepperiness that reflects the naturally occurring phenolic compounds.
